Blood Orange Olive Oil & Vanilla Vinaigrette
1/2 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
3 tbl. Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc Vinegar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Combine ingredients in a plastic tupperware-type small bowl, stir, cover and shake vigorously. Spoon onto salad or use to marinade chicken or fish
