Cheese and Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

8 ripe strawberries
1/4 lb. wedge of Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano cheese
1 sprig of rosemary or other herb for garnish
18 year aged Balsamic Vinegar

Cut the strawberries and cheese in bite-sized pieces. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on each slice of strawberry and cheese. Garnish with rosemary.
