Extra Virgin Olive Oils
Our mission at A Taste of Olive is to bring our customers the freshest and highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils from around the world. From California to countries such as, Italy, Greece, Spain, Australia, Morocco and Tunisia, each of the oils we carry has its own unique flavor and characteristics.

We source all of our traditional olive oils from artisans or small farm producers whose olive oil meets stringent IOOC (International Olive Oil Commission) and COOC (California Olive Oil Commission) standards required for classification as 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Monte Vibiano
Umbria is considered one of the finest and best agricultural areas of Italy. Monte Vibiano produces award winning extra virgin olive oil with olive varieties of Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Dolce Agogia, some of the olive trees are more than 1.000 years old.
Apulia Unfiltered (Italy)
This extra virgin olive oil is an unfiltered variety of our popular Apulia oil. This unfiltered oil contains minute particles of olive flesh.
Nova Oliva (Chile)
Nova Oliva extra virgin olive oil is an exotic blend of four olives; Arbequina, Koroneiki, Frantoio and Coratina. Herbal and almond notes, moderate fruit intensity, slightly floral and a precise touch of pepper and bitterness at the bottom of the mouth round out this elegant extra virgin olive oil.
Hojiblanca
Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil has a sweet buttery flavor and texture with an almond bite and a slightly peppery finish.
Manzanillo (California)
This robust unfiltered California pressed extra virgin olive oil will bring pizzaz to any pasta or use as a dressing for a spinach salad of fresh tomatoes, feta and cured olives.
Moroccan
This light, fruity oil has a sweet, buttery aroma, and a mild flavor profile highlighted by notes of almond and artichoke, with a subtle touch of spice.
Cobrancosa
This is a lightly piquant and fresh Portuguese oil.
