Fresh Apple Cake
2 cups granulated sugar
¾ cup Roasted French Walnut Oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 t. allspice
½ t. salt
4 cups chopped cooking apples
1 cup chopped nuts


Cream together sugar, oil and eggs. Sift the dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add chopped apples and nuts. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-in. pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sauce:

½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter
½ t. vanilla


In a small pan combine first three ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil and then add vanilla. Pour sauce over cake while cake is still warm. Enjoy!
