Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil has a sweet buttery flavor and texture with an almond bite and a slightly peppery finish. It is a general purpose Extra Virgin Olive Oil that will perform well in almost all applications. It pairs well with all of our balsamic vinegars, and will allow the flavors of our vinegars to stand out when used in salads.

It has been said that the "White Leaf" Hojiblanca can tolerate heat better than most other Extra Virgin Olive Oils, and thus may be a better choice in cooking applications.
