Minty Fruit Salad
This salad will taste great with any of our balsamic vinegars, so choose your favorite! We recommend the White Balsamic.
1 ¼ cups Balsamic Vinegar (try Peach, Pineapple, Honey or Traditional White)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
½ cantaloupe seeded and cubed
8oz. fresh strawberries quartered
1 cup seedless grapes halved (feel free to add other fresh fruit)
In a small saucepan, bring the Balsamic Vinegar and sugar to a boil, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat and stir in the mint. In a large bowl, combine the fruit. Coat fruit with mixture and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
