1 long thin loaf of French Bread sliced 1/2" thick diagonally. Brush lightly on both sides with EVOO or try our fused oils for unqiue flavors. Garlic, Basil, Tuscan Herb, Wild Mushroom and Sage, Jalapeno, Smokey Chipotle, and Harissa are all fabulous choices. Try Walnut Oil for a nutty flavor. Place the slices on a cookie sheet and broil until golden brown on both sides - about 2 minutes on first side and 1-1/2 minutes on the second side. Sprinkle with one of our many sea salts for an extra flavor boost.
