Raspberry Vinaigrette
3 T. Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
2 T. Honey
1/3 t. grated orange rind
Pinch of fleur de sel
¼ c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix first four ingredients in a small bowl. Slowly whisk the olive in making sure to blend thoroughly. Serve over tossed green salad or use as a marinade for pork or beef.
