Tangerine Balsamic Glazed Ribs
Ribs:
8 cloves garlic, minced
1Tbs. molasses
2 Tbs. Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
7-8 pounds pork back ribs
1 Tbs. finely minced fresh ginger
2 Tbs. Tamari or soy sauce
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Glaze:
1 Cup Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
˝ Cup dark brown sugar
1 Tbs. Tamari or soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger
1 Tbs. Roasted Sesame Oil
Combine all the ingredients for the ribs. Evenly coat ribs and marinate in roasting pans, chilled over night or at least 8 hours. Preheat oven to 400 F. Pour ˝ cup of water in to each roasting pan and cover tightly with foil. Roast the ribs for 1 ˝ hours or until the meat is tender. Prepare medium hot grill. While grill is heating, place all glaze ingredients in to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Boil glaze until reduced to about 1 cup, about 15 minutes. Brush thickened glaze on both sides of ribs and place on grill. Turn and glaze ribs occasionally until grill marks appear, about 8 minutes. Serves 8
