Tangerine Glaze
1 Cup Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar (or your favorite flavor)
˝ Cup dark brown sugar
1 Tbs. Tamari or soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger
1 Tbs. Roasted Sesame Oil


Place all glaze ingredients in to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Boil glaze until reduced to about 1 cup, about 15 minutes.
